Simone Reinhardt

Simone Reinhardt is a Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained at the Institute of Applied Psychology, with a passion for supporting women through the emotional and physiological transitions of life.

She works with women experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, hormonal imbalances and life-stage challenges. These include postnatal depression, fertility struggles, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), weight concerns, and peri-menopause and menopause. Simone understands how deeply the mind and body are connected, particularly when cortisol levels remain elevated over time, impacting mood, sleep, hormones and overall wellbeing.

Her approach integrates hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy (CBT-based), NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and trauma-informed techniques including bilateral stimulation to gently process and release underlying patterns.

By working with the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress responses and create meaningful, lasting change.

Simone creates a safe and supportive space where women can reconnect with themselves, build resilience and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance and ease. Join Simone on your Highway to Happiness: www.highwaytohappiness.com.au
